Controlled Ride Safety

Moving rickshaw experiences are limited to approved private-event areas and are supervised by Royal Rickshaw DFW.

Operator approval is required before every moving ride.
Only Company-approved passenger counts and load limits may be used.
Passengers must remain fully seated.
No standing, hanging, jumping, horseplay, steering, pedaling or unauthorized operation.
Keep hands, feet, clothing and belongings away from moving parts.
Children require appropriate parent/guardian supervision and authorization.
No visibly intoxicated, impaired, disruptive or noncompliant riders.
No unsafe slopes, stairs, curbs, unstable ground, hazardous surfaces, unsafe weather or dangerous crowd conditions.
The operator has final authority to reroute, pause, refuse or stop rides.

Adults participating in a moving ride complete the Adult Rider Waiver. A parent/legal guardian completes the applicable Minor Rider Authorization.
