Who is riding?
ADULT RIDER

Moving rides may involve mounting/dismounting, starts, stops, turns, vibration, balance, uneven surfaces, weather, and crowd conditions.
Possible risks include slips, trips, falls, bumps, strains, impact, and other injury. Not every risk can be predicted or eliminated.
Remain seated; keep hands, feet, clothing and belongings away from moving parts; do not stand, hang, jump, horseplay, steer, pedal, or operate the rickshaw unless specifically authorized.
The operator may refuse, pause, reroute, or stop any ride due to rider behavior, passenger/load limits, surface conditions, weather, crowds, venue rules, or other safety concerns.
Full Rider Terms & Waiver
I understand that entering, exiting, sitting in, and riding in a manually operated rickshaw involves physical movement and risks that may include loss of balance, slipping, falling, collision, unexpected movement, surface conditions, weather, and actions of other participants or guests.
I agree to follow all operator instructions and not attempt to operate or manipulate the rickshaw without authorization. I will not participate if I believe I cannot safely enter, remain seated in, or exit the rickshaw.
IMPORTANT RELEASE — PLEASE READ:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, I EXPRESSLY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE ROYAL RICKSHAW DFW LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM CLAIMS FOR BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE RICKSHAW EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF ROYAL RICKSHAW DFW LLC OR THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE WAIVED.
PARENT / GUARDIAN
Authorize Minor Rider(s)
You represent that you are the minor's parent/legal guardian or otherwise have lawful authority to provide this consent.
Moving rides may involve mounting/dismounting, starts, stops, turns, balance, uneven surfaces, weather, crowds, and possible slips, falls, or impacts.
Consider each child's age, maturity, size, ability to follow instructions, and any relevant limitation. The operator may require adult assistance/accompaniment or refuse/stop a ride.
Minor Rider Parental Permission, Assumption of Risk & Indemnification Terms
I represent that I am the minor's parent or legal guardian or otherwise have lawful authority to provide the consent requested by Royal Rickshaw DFW.
I have reviewed the applicable safety information and understand that participation involves movement and inherent risks.
I agree to ensure that the minor follows operator instructions and does not participate if I believe participation would be unsafe for the minor.
Parent/Guardian Agreement: I give permission for the minor rider(s) identified below to participate, acknowledge the activity's inherent risks, and release my own individual claims to the extent permitted by Texas law. I further agree, to the extent permitted by Texas law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Royal Rickshaw DFW LLC from claims arising from my own acts, omissions, misrepresentations, or breach of this agreement. Nothing in this form is represented as waiving a minor child's rights where Texas law does not permit such a waiver.
