Launch V1.0 customer summary

Important: An inquiry does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only after availability is confirmed, the final Event Service Agreement is accepted, and the required 25% deposit is received.

Services

Royal Rickshaw DFW LLC provides pre-booked cultural and event experiences using a traditional human-powered Bangladeshi rickshaw. Depending on the package, services may include stationary photography/display, event styling, wedding entrance presentation, VIP red-carpet setup and controlled short rides within approved private-event areas.

Controlled private-event rides

Controlled short rides are not street-hail, public-road, point-to-point or pay-per-trip transportation. Moving experiences are subject to venue permission, insurance, applicable requirements, suitable weather and surfaces, passenger/load limitations, guest conduct and operator judgment. Royal Rickshaw DFW may refuse, modify, pause or stop a ride for safety.

Deposit & payment

Unless the written booking confirmation states otherwise, a 25% booking deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining 75% is due 7 calendar days before the event. Bookings made within 7 days may require full payment when confirmed.

26–40 miles: +$50
41–60 miles: +$100
61–80 miles: +$150
80+ miles: custom quote

Venue responsibilities

The customer is responsible for venue permission, accurate access information, appropriate supervision of children and ensuring guests follow operator instructions.

Electronic records

Royal Rickshaw DFW may use electronic checkbox acceptance, legal names, electronic signatures, timestamps, agreement versioning and related audit information to document agreements and rider consent.

Final agreement

The final Event Service Agreement, confirmed quote, package description and approved written changes control the booking.
