Cancellation, Rescheduling & Weather
30+ days before event
The reservation deposit may be transferred once to another mutually available date within 12 months.
15–29 days
Payments are non-refundable; 50% of amounts paid may be credited toward one mutually available rescheduled date within 12 months.
Within 14 days
Payments are non-refundable and normally non-transferable.
Severe weather
We first consider indoor or covered use. If safe performance is not reasonably possible, one weather reschedule within 12 months may be offered, subject to availability.
Company-side inability
If Royal Rickshaw DFW cannot perform due to its own equipment failure or other Company-side inability, the client may choose a refund of amounts paid for unperformed service or mutually agreed rescheduling.
